NKC Group Corporate Code of Conduct
Nakanishi Metal Works Co., Ltd. and its group companies (collectively referred to as the NKC Group) seek to create value and employment that are beneficial to society through fair competition, to contribute to the development of the economic community, and to be an organization that is broadly useful to society. Based on the following ten principles, the NKC Group conducts its business activities both in Japan and overseas with respect for human rights, in compliance with all laws and regulations, international rules, and their underlying principles, and with a high standard of ethics, thereby promoting sound corporate activities aimed at realizing a prosperous, dynamic, and sustainable society.

Through innovation, we regard it as our mission to develop and provide products and services that are economically, environmentally, and socially sound and safe, thereby earning the satisfaction and trust of society. We also conduct business activities with due consideration for local cultures and customs, contributing to the development of the countries and regions in which we operate and to the realization of a sustainable society. - Compliance with Social Norms
In addition to complying with laws and regulations and respecting various international standards, we engage in fair and free competition, proper transactions, and responsible procurement. We also maintain sound and appropriate relationships with political and administrative authorities. - Information Disclosure and Information Handling
We actively engage in communication with society at large and proactively and fairly disclose highly transparent corporate information. At the same time, we ensure the thorough protection and handling of all types of information, including personal information and customer information. - Respect for Human Rights
We respect the human rights of all people and do not engage in or contribute to human rights violations. We also strive to recognize and prevent the risks of involvement in human rights violations and the potential impacts arising from current circumstances. - Development of the Working Environment

Top management recognizes that realizing the spirit of this Corporate Code of Conduct is its own responsibility and, by leading by example, establishes effective governance, ensures that these principles are thoroughly communicated throughout the NKC Group, and encourages their adoption across the supply chain. In addition, we continually listen to voices both inside and outside the Company, develop effective internal systems, and ensure the thorough observance of corporate ethics. - Resolution of Issues
In the event of any situation that runs counter to this Corporate Code of Conduct , top management will clearly express, both internally and externally, its commitment to addressing the issue directly, clarify the relevant facts, and work to identify the causes and prevent recurrence. We will also provide prompt and appropriate disclosure of information to society and fulfill our accountability, and, after clearly defining authority and responsibility, impose strict disciplinary measures, including on ourselves.
