Over the years, NKC has provided essential, functional products that support everyday life in offices, high-rises, and homes. Drawing on the technological expertise developed through our manufacturing of bearing retainers, which are used in countless types of rotating machinery, we design and produce building components to flexibly meet diverse customer needs as we expand our business globally.

Representative examples include door rollers installed between window frames and sashes to enable smooth opening and closing, and resin rollers used in office desks and refrigerator drawers that operate quietly without making noise. These are some of the wide-ranging interior fittings and hardware products we design and manufacture.

In recent years, we have also been focusing on developing original NKC-branded products that bring added color and comfort to people’s daily lives, building on our long-standing technical capabilities.

Focusing primarily on window sashes, NKC’s renovation business helps resolve common household issues such as difficulty in opening or closing windows, easily detached screens, and warped window frames; enhancing comfort, livability, and overall home value. We also offer custom fabrication of discontinued parts to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Renovation

Building on the experience we have cultivated over many years in the housing industry, we are now engaged in full-scale renovation of pre-owned properties as a new business initiative, thereby creating new added value and bringing a product to the market.
