A bearing retainer serves the vital function of holding the rolling elements between the inner and outer rings of a bearing.
At NKC, we manufacture thousands of types of bearing retainers, from ultra-small models measuring just 3 millimeters in diameter to extra-large ones exceeding 3 meters. These products play essential roles across all types of industries, including railway vehicles, passenger cars, machine tools, home appliances, and precision instruments.
Building on our expertise in press processing, injection molding, compression molding, and die manufacturing, which we have honed through years of producing retainers, resin retainers, and rubber seals, NKC is now advancing these technologies to the next stage of evolution. We are developing precision composite products using insert molding, combining press and injection molding techniques. Rubber seals, an essential component of bearings, are also one of our core product lines. We harness our comprehensive technological capabilities, from advanced FEM-based design and in-house material development that ensures reliable seal performance, to the internal production of vulcanization molds throughout every stage from rubber compounding to vulcanization, to deliver the optimal products our customers expect.

From press forming of inner and outer rings to the production of component parts, we handle every process in-house, including assembly on production lines developed within our own company, to manufacture high-quality unit components.
