Our major Sheet Metals are processed by Cold Rolling and Spheroidizing Annealing so that they have more advantages than typical commercially supplied ones. We can also provide excellent Special Steels that are compatible with precision punch processing.
| Common Steel | SS | SS Cold Rolling Steel needs only to fulfill minimum pulling strength standard on JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), however we use the chemically-certified SS Steel to process accordingly. | |

| SPEC | SPEC Cold Rolling Mild Steel Sheet whose chemical constituents (P,S) and mechanical property are certified by JIS. It can also be provided as SPHD or SPHE due to its high quality. | ||
| SPCC | SPCC Cold Rolling Steel Sheet whose mechanical property, Erichsen test value, bendability, toughness (depending on thermal refining classification) etc. are certified by JIS. We can process Steel Sheets of any thickness, especially very thick Steel Sheets which major steelmakers hardly treat. | ||
| SAE | SAE is the organization standard certified by SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) in US, and we can process and supply SAEJ403 Carbon Steel. | ||
| Special Steel | Structural Steel | S-C | S-C is a material largely used for machines, automobiles, etc, with JIS standards of S10C-ES58C (carbon content within 0.08~0.61%). We can also provide this S-C material added boron to increase hardenability as well as workability. |
| Structural Alloy Steel | SCr | Scr is also called Chrome Steel, contains 0.90-1.20% of Cr so that it has higher hardenability than S-C containing the same amount of Cr. | |
| SCM | Chrome Molybdenum Steel which contains Cr0.90-1.20% and Mo0.15-0.30% to have higher hardenability than SCr. | ||
| Tool Steel | SK | SK, called as Carbon Tool Steel, is a material containing more carbon than S-C and used for tools, molds and machine parts. We mainly provide SK5 Tool Steel. | |
| SKS | SKS is Alloy Tool Steel made by adding chrome to SK. It can be used instead of Steel Sheets whose board thickness hardly adapts to quenching. | ||
| Special Alloy Steel | SUP | Commonly called Spring Steels. We can mainly provide Silicon-Manganese Steel and Chrome-Vanadium Steel with customers. | |
| SUS | SUS Stainless Steel, we can provide medium thick and thick steel plates which major steelmakers usually do not. SUS304,316,430,403 are available. | ||
| Nonferrous Metal | Rolling Process for Titanium, Nickel, Inconel, Copper and Aluminum can be provided with our well-established skills. | ||
| Magnetic Steel | SUY | A material used for Relay electromagnet, Magnetic clutch, Brake, Power generator, Magnet cores of motors and others. | |
