To promote ecological action, which is of growing importance worldwide, NKC has developed the "WS Power Generation System" that uses natural energy sources. "WS" stands for "wind and solar." Power generated using these forms of energy is safe for everyone and the places in which the system is used, as it supplies energy in a gentle, environment-friendly way.
Auxiliary power source, emergency power source, park ecurity lights, aid for teaching about ecological power generation, antitheft monitoring system for agricultural products, etc.

Summary
This wind power generation system is comprised of a small wind turbine generator and a solar panel. It is designed as a street light, using clean energy to independently power a panel lamp that has a built-in, high-intensity LED bulb.
Performance
-Hybrid Power Generation System-
The power source is comprised of a single small power generator, one solar panel, and a sealed battery. The electricity generated by wind and solar power is stored in the sealed battery, which later supplies stable power to light the lamp. Even if no power is generated by either wind or solar energy for five days, the battery has enough capacity to provide power for daily lighting during that time.
-Controller System-
This system manages the voltage by controller even in high winds, and is designed to apply an electrical brake automatically when the set voltage is reached. For maintenance, the electrical brake can also be applied manually to stop operation.

Summary
"Kharios N500-GL-S" is the environment-friendly Garden Light with using Wind and Solar Power. The product comprises Compact High-Power Wind Power Generator, Solar Cell Module and high-intensity LED which can be lighten by the built-in independent power source.
Performance
-Hybrid Generation System-
The power source comprises one Compact High-Power Wind Power Generator, one Solar Cell Module and Sealed Battery. The power generated from wind and sunlight is stored in the Sealed Battery to supply power to lights. The Battery has enough capacity to light those lights for *up to 10 hours per day, 4 consecutive days without generating power in case there is neither wind nor sunlight.
* Hours and days counted after the battery has fully charged.D68
-Controller System-
The generated voltage is controlled by Controller and its electric brake automatically works when the voltage reaches a certain level. Also, the brake can work to stop generating with manual procedures in case of a maintenance .

Summary
This wind power generation system is connected to an existing power system using a power conditioner. It therefore has no battery and cannot be used without a power grid. If you want freestanding load operation that uses a battery or other storage system, please choose a different series.
The power output through the power conditioner is single-phase three-wire 100/200V (50/60Hz). A power conditioner is available for those who wish to have triple-phase output. Please inquire.
Performance
-Interconnected System-
The power generated by the wind turbine generator is converted from AC to DC by a rectifier, and is boosted to the power conditioner's operating voltage by a DC/DC converter. The boosted power is converted from DC to single-phase three-wire AC (100/200V) by the power conditioner, and is interconnected to an existing power grid and used as ordinary commercial electricity.
Both the DC/DC converter and power conditioner have power load adjustment on both the input and output ends to supply power to the grid that matches the wind speed.
-Brake System-
This is an electrical brake system that controls rotation when the wind speed exceeds the system's rated rotation speed in order to continue generating power.
When the turbine rotates faster than its rated speed due to sudden changes in wind speed such as gusts, the signal from the voltage detector (VD) causes the electrical brake to operate, thereby decreasing the rotation. When the turbine's rotation drops below its rated speed, the electrical brake is automatically released.
For maintenance, the electrical brake can also be applied manually to stop operation.

Both the DC/DC converter and power conditioner have power load adjustment on both the input and output ends to supply power to the grid that matches the wind speed.
-Brake System-
This system is comprised of two types of brakes – an electrical brake that controls rotation when the wind speed exceeds the system's rated speed in order to continue generating power and a mechanical brake for ensuring safety.
When the turbine rotates faster than its rated speed due to sudden changes in wind speed such as gusts, a signal from the voltage detector (VD) causes the electrical brake to operate, thereby decreasing the rotation. When the turbine's rotation drops below its rated speed, the electrical brake is automatically released.
If further overspeed occurs, a signal from the voltage detector (VD) or speed detection unit (SDU) causes the mechanical brake to operate, stopping the turbine's rotation. This mechanical brake provides safe operation of the system in the event of a failure of the DC/DC converter or power conditioner, or during a power outage of the control source.
For maintenance, the electrical brake can also be applied manually to stop operation.
