Production of a series of NKC’s high precision products owes to its research and development as well as its cutting edge technologies and the newest equipment that put them into practice. In order to keep offering high quality products, NKC has installed well-developed product evaluation testing machines to examine duration and performance qualification. We always devote ourselves in producing products that assure users of safety in use.

Through Quality Control System
FB (fine blanking) method used to be the main stream of fine blanking processing; however, we developed a new method using general press machines that gains higher quality than conventional FB methods.
The characteristics of the new “Plate Fine Blanking Method”
Plate Fine Blanking Method | FB Processing |
---|---|
Succeeded in obtaining finer shear surface than conventional FB method by a new method using general pressing machines (Unlimited plate thickness and sufficient length of shear surface are available.) |
Shear surface depends on plate thickness and material. |
Surface roughness, Ra1.6 (6S) available. | Surface roughness, 6S to 12.5S |
Shear droop controlled blanking (Shear droop approx “0” available.) |
Shear droop “0” is difficult to obtain. |
Draft angle, approx 0 | Gradient for clearance emerges. |
Edge blanking (thin-wall blanking) is available. (Plate thickness rate approx 35%) |
Plate thickness rate, approx 60% is the limit. |
Case examples (shear droop: 0) Thin-wall blanking fracture surface, approx “0”
